Committees
Applications accepted at the beginning of each quarter
Outreach Committee:
Members will create connections with other on-campus organizations with similar missions and coordinate quarterly collaborations. Additionally, members will correspond with organizations or business that are willing to support the Days for Girls mission through product donations and will coordinate all service projects including monthly kit making activities, quarterly product drives, and quarterly community service projects.
Publicity and Design
Members will make sure that our events are widely publicized such that everyone on campus knows who we are and what events we put on by creating flyers, social media posts, updating the website, and contributing other innovative ways to publicize events. Members will manage a website and social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
Internal Affairs
Members will oversee general meetings and be responsible for the logistical efforts required within each committee such as applying for funding. Additionally, members will be responsible for planning socials and retreats, essential for cultivating the community-focused atmosphere within Days for Girls at UCLA.
